New Rockwell flyover to help ease traffic
Rockwell Land will inaugurate the Edsa-Estrella Ramp on April 23. The flyover, which connects north-bound Edsa (after Buendia) to Estrella in Makati, is expected to ease congestion in that stretch.

Built by Rockwell at a cost of P210 million, the two-lane, one-way flyover is 620 meters long, complete with street lighting, pavement markings and signage, traffic signal, landscaping and an underground drainage system.

This latest infrastructure is proof of Rockwell's commitment to the community--to help improve the quality of life in the metropolis. This makes Rockwell Center, a fully integrated "city within a city" even more accessible to motorists coming from the south.

Public Works Secretary Simeon A. Datumanong, Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay and MMDA chairman Benjamin Abalos will be guests of honor at the April 23 inauguration.

To build this flyover, Rockwell Land has been working hand in hand with the Urban Road Projects Office of the Department of Public Works and Highways and the expertise of world-class designers, DCCD Engineering Corp., Ove-Arup & Partners and CJG & Associates. The construction was managed by William Uy Construction Corporation and AD-UP Builders, Inc. (J.V.).

Rockwell is a prestigious location for business centers, a highly secured residential community for many of the country's top families and upwardly mobile professionals, and a shopping and entertainment center that sets lifestyle trends.

The Edsa-Estrella Ramp is the latest enhancement to this complete urban lifestyle
